INSTINCT nominated for EUROPEAN DISCOVERY 2020 – Prix FIPRESCI

Halina Reijn’s INSTINCT was nominated for the EUROPEAN DISCOVERY 2020 – Prix FIPRESCI, an annual award that is part of the European Film Awards and is granted to a director for a debut feature film.

The six nominated films are selected by a commission that consists of the EFA board Members

Valérie Delpierre (Spain) and Anita Juka (Croatia), curator Giona A. Nazzaro (Italy) and film journalists Marta Balaga (Finland/Poland), Andrei Plakhov (Russia) and Frédéric Ponsard (France), all three representatives of FIPRESCI, the International Federation of Film critics.

The nominated films shall soon be available on the EFA VOD Platform, to the 3800 EFA Members, who will decide on the winner. The European Discovery 2020 – Prix FIPRESCI will be awarded at the 33rd European Film Awards-ceremony Saturday, December 12th.
