Last night the film My Life on Planet B by Iván López Nüñez has won the MovieSquad Award at the Netherlands Film Festival. My Life on Planet B was nominated with two other films, Deal a film by Eddy Terstall and Doodslag a film by Pieter Kuijpers.
The jury complimented the films narrative and distinctive form. “The film is very funny, but combines this with a couple of scenes which will not let you go”. The complete article (in Dutch) about the winning of the award can be find on the website of the Netherlands Film festival.
